1. Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges in case of size issues.

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

  • Style preference

  • Minor variations in product appearance

  • Discounted or sale items

2. Return Request Timeline

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

3. Condition for Return

To be eligible for a size exchange:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be unwashed

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • No stains, damage, perfume, or signs of wear

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the exchange will be denied.

4. Exchange Process (Size Issue Only)

  • Mention the size you received and the size you want

  • Attach clear photos of the product

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

5. Shipping 

  • We will ship the replacement size after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Accessories (if applicable)

7. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
